My wife signed up when this site started on the new server and got her username but on the 27th November she got an email saying that someone was trying to access her password . She tried to log in to change it for a new one to be on the safe side and the confirmation code came through but the password never did. She has tried many times and is still locked out of her account. Can someone pm me with any help.

Yeah, confirmation code comes through, then you have to log in using that confirmation code and then the password is sent.

We have done that but the password never came and now when we try do the steps again to get a new confrimation code we dont even get a code. At a guess we have been locked out.

Sorry then - I'm out of answers.

Your next option is to open a new account and we nuke your old one.

I would say remove it off the system so we can start again. If you want the username I will PM it to you.

I don't actually have authority to delete users (yet... ) so you would be best to send it to stinky as he can organise it all for you.

Imagine what destruction he could do to his own user if he had delete authority
