How do I block some AVATARS

As the topic says, how do I block Avatars. I work in the public service, and I browse the site at work. With some of the current avatars, they are a little graphic, EG user id Puma, and the other VW guys from Holland. I want to be able to keep looking at the best Subaru forum in the web, but it isn't worth losing my job over.
