Cannot sign up

Hi guys, I just had a phonecall from a person asking how to sign up as he is having problems with the secret question. It's ' there is ___/_____ on the Subaru emblem -which is six stars which he has tried a few times and it's rejecting the answer, is there a problem with this??

OK, finally sorted it out with the There is ___/ _____ on the subaru emblem. May I suggest it get changed from ___/ to -?, to make it easier for numbskulls like me? Also to be picky, it should be "There are......
