batesy, replies to old threads are closed. If it is a new sale you can reply to it through the classifieds section. If it is an old sale ad then just send the seller a PM.

I too want to ad a comment to my ad, I did a search and found this old thread. But I must be blind cause I can't see a help at the bottom of the classifieds page. Any 2011 advice on how to ad a comment to a for sale ad ? :confused:

You have to close the ad then re submit the ad, thats the only way I could work out how to do it
