Any member that has changed their email address in their account is sent a confirmation email to reactivate the account. The URL in the email is incorrect and needs to be changed for it to work. You need to add the red highlighted bit below to the address for it to work.

You would get some thing like this
http://ausubaru.com/modules.php?&file=p ... key=etcetc

and it needs to look like this
http://ausubaru.com/main/modules.php?&file=profile&mode=activate&u=428&act_key=etcetc
