Do not have permission to post a for sale ad?

I realise there is a for sale template, I just don't know how to get my ad to a mod for approval.
Any help?

Hey,
I think you need to be subscribed for that.
ie, give all your hard earned cash to the mods, haha
nah it starts at about $1 and goes up to about $20 for 10 years
