Frustrated by constantly needing to log in!

Currently everytime I go to reply to a post I find i have been logged out so I log back in type my response then have to log in again the same goes for messages searches and everything. Today is the first time its done this but is anyone else having the same issue?

When I log onto the site, it says that access is denied or something and then I press new posts, and away it goes. I just put up with it although it is annoying.
