Classified ads not going in the Clasifieds?

So I keep seeing adverts that shouldn't be where they are. Wanted or For Sale. Just wondering are people deliberately doing this because they don't know how or don't want to use the classifieds?

Short answer is yes. They couldn't be bothered or are having trouble. I don't know which is which and it does annoy me. What do I do though? Last time I had a crack down on it we had members whinging all over the place. Fair enough when it wasn't working properly but I think it is now so all posts should be in there.
