Well here is the latest mods to the current Brumby that I purchased from Shane in Perth.

XR6 FMIC, Autronic ECU, 600cc injectors, Turbosmart fuel regulator, split fuel rails and new GTPS02 400hp turbo.

Will be finished ready to drive at the RS Liberty Skid Pan day next weekend at Oran Park.

Here are some pictures. Have also gone back to a standard bonnet. Goes in for new paint job in 2 weeks.....

Nice work mate. I hope you're putting a heat shield between the turbo and the master cylinder. I'm doing the exact same conversion at the moment, and my turbo actually touches the standard brumby master cylinder, I am going to fit the WRX master cylinder soon, I wonder if i'll get similar clearances to yours ?

Pick it up during the week. It has been converted to an AWD running gear so this thing is ultra quick. New turbo will give same bottom end but heaps more top end performance. Cant wait. No 1/4 mile yet. Will wait till its painted and tuned. Will be putting a turbo bag on to reduce the temps etc.

Nice Ride. I have a nice stainless cover for my turbo then heat wrap around 3inch dump pipe. You can get this tar stuff with a heat reflective tape that i put on my master cylinder,in turbo cover and on brake booster.

By the way what turbo are you putting on it.

GTPS02 440hp... My mate knows the owner of the company. Got it for a nice price....Its based on the TD05 with a modified front housing..Should be good for no lag and heaps of top end performance.

Any progress? It looks great so far.

It got 170kw ATW at 13psi. The computer needs a patch written which has been done as the dwell was reducing at 5500rpm which meant ignition break down with anything more than 13psi of boost in it...

Cant wait to get 20psi into the engine. Should be around the 200kw mark I would imagine...
