I have some sad news.

My grandma is selling her old civic because she can't drive manual anymore, and it's been in the family since new. Unfortunately noone else is in a position where they can buy it so i'm buying it to replace my Leone as my daily.

Which means i'm selling my much loved Leone :( If there's any interest on these boards feel free to PM me Its 6months rego on it and 2 new tyres. I'm pretty open to prices at the moment, so if you're genuinely interested, talk to me :)

P.S i'm going to detail it up nice, and take it for one last photoshoot before it goes to a new owner.

Going to miss you buddy!

Haha, whats even more amusing is that she bought a brand new auto subaru wagon. It's almost poetic.

Exactly! The reason she sold her manual civic was because she's getting old and brittle... She would fall apart in this powerhouse. :o

Cleaned the Leo today, even though it's raining for the next week lol...

Image

Found this too while cleaning, anyone know what it's for?

Image

Looks like it could be for some optional accessory or something.

Hmm maybe. Only the front section is textured, so i'm assuming the back section of the L shape is just for an attachment point. I tried holding it up against the interior and it didn't seem to 'fit' anywhere... Plus it's black.

I might try googling the part number

Chris - gotta ask your secret in shrinking the Vortex bonnet vent - 3 minutes on high in the microwave?

somewhat. from memory the L series body line on that hood is 58" wide the XT is 63-64" wide. on both cars that had that insert done it was a case of reskinning the L series frame with the XT piece, welding, filling, painting and job done. $1200 or so for a local shop to do it.

Sorry for being slack but don't have time to go through 20 pages of this thread, but do you have any under bonnet pics?
