Well I've got no idea how fast this subi really is or is not - and 12.9 is pretty close to 13 :p

I'm sure it's faster than Ruby Scoo and still faster than Taza's foz with the new engine

Geez, haha. There was no way it was going to pin a 12 second 1/4 with a 4spd slushbox haha.

I was hoping for 14's, but the best run was a 15.8@145kph. It takes a couple of secs to properly rev out 1st and falls off boost when it shifts into 3rd. It creeps back up toward 10/12psi from around 5psi as you're crossing the line.

I got a couple of vids though, and there weren't any dramas. The best achievement is being able to drive it home :P

Did Chris ever run it on the 1/4? I'd be keen to see what times he ran!

I told you I didn't know what it would or could be!

13 is pretty good down the quarter mile in my opinion. My Foz I reckon would be about 17-19, somehwere around there. With it's old engine it would be way over 25  Seriously. I reckon my stock L could do it in 20.

That's not too bad, especially with a 4 speed

Were you building boost against the torque converter before the light turned green, or just planting your foot when it turned green?

What was your trap speed and 60ft time? Can you scan and load your printout?

Good effort anyhow, was anybody recording from the grandstand?

Think Chris said 3 to 4 seconds from 100 to 200 - that'd be better comparo to the competition maybe ?

You can see the green light on the dash is when the car is on boost. I was staging the car before the lights, but sometimes i wasn't at full boost before the tree went green.

My reaction was avg, I was too busy trying to stall it up and missed the tree a couple of times. Ill put up a print out later on though. 2.473 60ft 1/4 trap speed was 145kph.

Na. But there might be pics.

I don't doubt that. It seems to accelerate harder from 100-200 then it does from 0-100.
