Dann try looking at older 4 cylinder cars with the same height radiator as the "L" series. You may be able to find similar metal tanks that way.

Are you trying to replace your 32mm radiator ports with 38mm EJ ones? You can just get flexible hoses with different sized ends, or cut the end off an old 32mm hose and use that as a sleeve inside the 38mm hose.

But if you're keen, do as Toonga says. Start by looking at MYs. Any rad shop worth its salt really should be able to supply end tanks.

yeah i'm trying to get the larger ports with a twin core, but I'm thinking mabey I just go the standard l series twin core and adapt the hoses.

Gleno's L series single core aluminium rad with plastic tanks work a treat and never looks like getting hot. The best thing about the single core (other than the cooling properties of alloy) is that it doesn't take up too much room and will allow you to fit better cooling fans.
