exactly why i use it

I will upgrade the heat transfer for it and the pump
but i will never get rid of it.
it should get better when combined with water/methenol injection

Bennie, THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR MORE BOOST AND SEXYNESS!
Well here are the pics as promised
I had a few troubles. The guy that had the car before me replaced a timing belt............................ and forgot to do up the crank bolt.....The balancer came loose, tore shit out of the key and the slot in the crank.....so i need a new crank......
But luckily i have 3 i prepared earlier

so a rebuild it is but not what i need right now on apprentice wages...
Enough sorrow, here are the pictures!
My old Flywheel
Replace by this GENUINE JDM STi Lightened item
inside the Right hand side cam cover
My workmate, "DEVIANT DALE"
Cheers,
Samuel

Looks sweet.. I'd have the up-pipe, turbo exhaust housing and dump pipe ceramic coated while they're out.. it will keep those under bonnet temps down

I was quoted $180 for the turbine housing!!

Looks good and with the rebuild and more boost will go pretty well too
How do you find the RA gearbox - I had the same setup (including the V2 STi RA motor) in my old RS Liberty wagon - I loved the short gearing - made the car go like a scalded cat. In fact I loved the gearing so much I have a V5 STi RA box with almost identical gear ratios for my Rotary powered Brumby.
Most people with these boxes hate them - reckon they rev too high at highway speeds - but I could live with 3300rpm at 110kmh - right on boost

cheers benny! i cant wipe the smile off my face!!!
Niterida, yeah man its pretty spastic, mine sits a 4000RPM at 110km mate
RA is the WAY!! i wil change the 5th gear though

What diff ratio are you running - should be 3.9 - and what size tyres do you have ? I had 215/40/18 - which is almost exactly the same overall diameter as the standard 205/60/15

3.9
205 40 16

Thats a 10% smaller tyre - no wonder it revs even higher - must take off like a bat out of hell

250hp is not much more than what they had standard, I think you mean kW
