My Subaru's, Past and Present

Post by robbks » Mon Jan 31, 2011 9:59 am

This is where my Subaru journey started...
Stock as a rock 1997, Limited Forester

Fitted 17" Lenso wheels, (now residing on my GT)
stereo
2" exhaust
Custom Air intake, including modifying larger inlet to airbox

great fun car, but just damn gutless 92KW of raw NA PowaH!!

and with 99 GT wheels on it the day i sold her.
Sitting aside the next ride...

Started life as a stock Gt

I kept it at standard height with HD springs for 18 months as it did get some work off-road,
but then i stopped using it off-road and did the following

TD04L + 3" Exhaust
IC Waterspray Kit
IC Scoop Air Splitter
CAI
Whiteline F+R Swaybars, Endlinks and Strut Braces
Pedders HD Lowered springs (bye bye boat!!)
Lenso 17" Alloys
Walbro Fuel Pump
Alpine / pioneer / i-pod audio system
Custom engine cover
'01 WRX TMIC
Apexi Power FC @ 15PSI
Innovate LC-1 WBo2 and Gauge
TT Liberty Engine Cover

Cheers
Both the Fozz's were my handy-work, but the Leggy had all the hard (and expensive) work done by the previous owner.
I just finished off the rest of the things that needed doing to it
-ECU conversion (re-pin and new sensors) for the GTB motor
-re-install aircon after the motor swap
-few bits of bodywork
-quieten down the exhaust
-fit nicer springs (had stiff kings originally)

now she's actually for sale to facilitate paying for the RB.
