Here are a few pics of the L series.

Yes, it has a bit of rust, but I'm an apprentice panel beater.
Well, had the car over 2yrs, brought it from Dynon Auto Wreckers ( I used to work there) with a blown motor.
The following was needed to make it run & RWC:
s/h motor fitted w/ new timing belt & water pump,
new windscreen,
5 tyres,
machine brakes f&r + fit new pads/shoes,
heater core,
A/C regas.
Also fitted power steering to the car.
Bout the only thing that's been done to it is added a Pioneer Bluetooth head unit & factory roof racks.
My latest purchase,
Needs some repairs done....

not hard at all, All you need is a power steering rack, the power steering pump, the bracket and thats it. Just bolt everything and your done. I have all those parts for sale if you want. The rack might need some better rackends, boots and tie rod ends but you should be able to swap it over from your manual rack if they are good. Pm me if interested.

V nice foggies
I recall a bloke in the club years back modifying them to a clear light.
I think a Hella product was very similar in shape - ie you can sub in the lens and reflector thus converting it to a driving light...if you wanted to that is.

Did you end up mounting the fog lights? Are they in the original spot? any pics?
I'm curious to see what they look like on the car:)

I'm sorry, but I don't see how these tiny lights would do anything to light up the road if they were white - being yellow in fog is another story!
If you're after some extra lighting while driving get some driving lights - you can't go past a quality set for a better night driving experience! I'm missing not having my lights hooked up at the moment as I have to make a better fuse holder, I'm currently melting fuses

Not good!
Cheers
Bennie
PS good find on these rare original items & in-cab factory switches!
