Looks good. Few questions about things that puzzle me.

Firstly... have you reversed that air filter or was it designed to go like that??

Secondly... what engine is that??? Looks the same as my ej22 exept i swear there is something different with that alternator. Cooling fins are usually on the inside of EJ alternators aint they?? Maybe it's just too early in the morning for me to be looking at photos.

After another look your oil filler is in a different spot too. And whats that silver canister in the bottom right hand corner of the last pic?

Oil filler - possibility would have swapped the rocker covers from one side to other.

Alternator would be EA81 one, not EJ.

air filter is k&n, made like that. called an extreme top or somethhing.

engine IS EJ22M according to the sticker. alternator is 'factory' fittment(came with car) looks like EA. I may need to get a stock one i think. also im after an alloy bracket for it (not steel)

the oil filler was in that spot when i got it. dunno if its different???
i made it outta fuel/oil hose cos the plastic one was too close to the body. plus another bit of custom, and its blue;)

silver bottle is for Nitrous.

nah, tappet breathers:)

Did you fit the air filter? How's it run without the vacuum lines?

* I asked this in another too, sorry to anyone re-reading virtually the same post.

Nice bracing of the strut towers, must be quite a rigid body!

dane, cheers for the interset mate. engine RAN fine without vacuum lines, except I have the brake suction, with check valve. have tappet breathers into the silver bottle and the crank breather thru a mini filter to atmosphere (soz hippies) havent had a play in a while, but last time i tried it was being REAL weird, constant pulsing from the CEL. hmm. have to have a serios look, but i hooked my EJ22 ECU to the EJ20T to see WTF was goin on and may have FRIED it???? hmmm.

switches were a little much at the time (and they go ON-OFF-ON), however i may need more yet. i have 3 thermos and 13 spotlights and i have ran EVERYTHING seperate from each other (fuses, relays, switches, earths ect)

am only on a mates comp atm so cant reply immediatly soz.

Subarino, i have a SC14 now, and am looking to fit it, possibly on the passengers side?? urs is on drivers yea. what kind of plumbing/SC manifolds u use?? and the bypass valve. or a link to your posts. cheers guys.

if im getting codes 11 n 12 but cant work out why, does this show the ECUs fried?? hope not.

Thanks again, Rohan.

I also had my eyes on the alternator. The EA81 alternator is much smaller than that.
