Hay all
I'm new here but been 4wding for most of what i can remember, i currently drive a Hilux surf with more toys and shit hanging in and off it then i can afford to maintain but its ausome and i love it...

i recently bought a L series touring wagon 1800 top of the rang with all the mod cons, electric windows (dont work) digital display (kinda works) trip computer (dont work) you get this idea... anyway me and some mates bought this car is race in some off road events we run in scouts and for a little bit of a fun build basically make it BIG and thrash it... only requirements it has to meet is CAMS so dont really matter what we do... so ill be after as much info as i can get.
i'll post up pics when i take some....

cheers all

Hi Swag Man and welcome to AUSubaru

I'm:cool: guessing that because you say the Subie has a digital dash then it is most likely going to be a MY wagon (not L) but if you can tell us if it's got a EA81 or EA82 then we may be able to help with preformance upgrades ;)
You know you are getting old when the candles on your birthday cake start to cost more than the cake itself.

rocker/rocket/missile/toggle switch. same thing.

good luck with it mate, have fun with the wiring, remember subies have switched negative, so if you try and use the origianal switch for the lights its a massive task. cheers buddy, look forward to seeing it progress into an awesome CAMS spec weapon!
Cheers, Rohan M.

interia instrument cluster is all been ripped out and hooked up with LED warning lights and manual teco and water temp oil pressure gauges all set it ally cos we can
where the 2 dinn bays are has switches for therms, kill switch, lights, (roof lights, nave Light (flashing light on roof for night rallies), sound system sits in GB atm but will probably mount on roof...
