Modified Liberty wagon

Post by 95Liberty » Thu Mar 11, 2010 10:31 pm

This is my 95 model liberty which I bought a couple of years ago. It was already modified when i bought it but i had to do an engine swap because of a blown head gasket. Its a lot of fun to drive, goes excellent off road and turns heads.

It has:

EJ 25 turbo
5 inch? lift
King springs
Outback struts
3 inch exhaust
rear LSD
4.444 ratio

Blew water hose and over heated and was,nt the same after that. Swapped for a 2005 Gt Forrester motor. It was a short motor and used heads off the old engine.

Hi 95Liberty, Welcome to the club :) I'm Paul the guy you meet at the Kelmscott shops about 8 months ago. I'm glad you joined the club and hope to see you out on a trip with us sometime ;)

As for your car it's got a lot of history surrounding it and it's probably better to love the car for the way it is now not get too involved in any stories about it.

If you're not doing anything this weekend you're more than welcome to join us on a trip.. click on the below link :)
