Wondering what the max size tyres are for a brumby with a 3 inch lift is? Thinking of 27's but would that rub on the guards, don't want to trim them to much. any advice appreciated.

That very thing is of interest to me too. As far as I've read or heard from others, 27's still rub on the footwell and front mud flap bolt hole at full lock or full travel. Some gentle work with a BFH helps and that's what I'm going to be looking into doing when I fit some to my 3" lifted L. However, that's with an L-series. I think an MY-series has a similar issue doesn't it guys?

27's seem alright then, now the hard bit, what brand, most of the offroad tyres i've seen seem to be fairly hard compound and therefore break traction easily, is there such a thing as a relatively soft compound m/t?
