I am wondering if there are any 15 inch wheels anywhere that fit a standard Brumby stud pattern? Reason I am asking is there seem to be a decent amount of standard tyres off other 4WD's around the 28 inch mark that can be had for cheap when the owners upgrade. Thought it could be a decent alternative to the cost of new 27 inch tyres at approx $180 a corner.

but good luck finding a set as they are as rare as hens teeth. i honestly dont think there are many if any 15" with a 4 stud pattern. a lot of the guys redrill 15" sunraysia's or other ones? its a cheaper option i guess and yes tyre range is better

I ended up getting Speedy wheels. 15inch fitted with 185's. Don't do any off road stuff but they come in 5.5, 6 or 7inch series.

If you don't mind steel rims? then a friend got his rims made up using a 15" rim from a Toyota and having a centre piece welded in (professionally) and drilled to suit the Subaru pattern (4x140pcd). They weren't that expensive to do.. I believe it was like $100 a rim

Don't disregard Peugeot rims they have some nice 15" aftermarket rims just avoid the ones with the european sizes so wary of any of the ones with michelins on them!

That doesn't look like the Subaru 4 stud pattern

redrill hubs to suit 6 stud..not rims

There are some cheap tyres around Dane from this forum got some for around $85 14" mud tyres if he is at the meeting tonight i will ask him where he got them and let you know

My wheels are through a tyre guy in Mandurah but can get them from any tyre place. They are "Speedy Wheels" & made special in S.A. I believe. Took me about 3 months to get them because of the 140mm stud pattern. Wasn't in a hurry as I had the ute stripped down anyway. Cost was a bit much, around 1200bucks. I had the tyres from a friends new Suzuki Swift. She got mags put on and kept the wheels.

I've got no issues with steel rims. Don't want to redrill hubs for 6 stud as it's my daily driver and would like to keep it as legal as possible. My next thought was to contact fourby's as I know they make custom rims and I'll see if they can do anything for me. That would be great yarney, the cheapest I've found for 14" rims have been about $180 each for new, haven't seen many second hand sets around. Cheers for the reply's.

wheel workz in mentone vic can make up a set for ya for about 150 a piece, they use your standard wheel centers and put a larger step up on the middle of the ring that goes around it, I am having 15x7's made for my coupe from my 14x6's only problem I'll have is the rear tyres rubbing on the rear wheel arches when i hit a bump as my car is lowered not lifted...

yeah, in vic they are, as long as theres only one weld and cant be two piece bolted if there alloy (i dont know how simmonds get through)
