New Flares

G'day, just recently i bought Fang's wheels off him and decided i needed to do something about the wide offset. I went to clark rubber and picked up 'several' metres of the smaller type stuff. The larger flares in stock have a hole through the outta edge of the flare meaning you could feed wire through them to make them stiffer. But, being $10 a metre dearer i opted for the $9 a metre stuff. :) Gannon (suparoo) did most of the work seeing as he has done this before and anything i set out to do usually gets half done and then "Meh..... that'll do." We were both really suprised at how well it turned out and Gannon keeps reminding me that i should post a few pics up of them (i think its largely because hes proud of them and too modest to put them up himself :) ) but nonetheless Here are a few shots taken with a phone. Cheers

They look good Tom. I have some Flexy Flares on mine. I only bought a pair of them and spread them between the four arches. They basically covered the top of the arch and a bit down the sides.

Yours look good coz the bottom of the flares don't curl inwards like Flexy Flares are prone to do. Good stuff!

cheers guys, umm that type of flare has a tag on the bottom of the rubber to when you place it against the car, the tag sits just under the lip of the guard. Then you just screw it on with as many screws as you need. It seems to hold pretty well tho. :)
