If your after a good 'new' wheel - Check out the 'Brumby Wheels' that was posted earlier ( a few pages back ) Phil has already done the hard bit, so you just need to cough up for a set ...

these are actually 14" rims not 13" - sorry for not specifying that earlier.

Hmmm, Jelly bean mags on the old Flanders mobile. Might be a bit silly on an L series but right at home on a Brumby or MY.

They are the Performance Marquee, should have an alloy disc centre cap to cover the wheel nuts.

Yep. The caps are all there, in the boot.
