Saves me looking up what a cherry bomb is :) Sounds nice, no raspiness to it :)

Down here we call them hot dogs.

So Mo, you still have a resonator/cherry bomb or hot dog further to the front ?

Sounds awesome! :twisted::mrgreen:

Noticed you have some smoke from the exhaust...when was the last time you used Subaru Upper Engine Cleaner?

Sounds pretty good, might have to get one for my old MY wagon ;). Did you have to weld on the mounting arms yourself?

Pretty sure the smoke was just from running rich. Carbies cant cut fuel off as well as EFI so usually on dropping rpms the engine is rich. Its also what causes the popping, which is fuel igniting inside the exhaust.

Sounds really nice. Are you running that as a second hotdog (cherrybomb?) instead of the usual muffler arrangement?

Hello All , yes its stock standard except for the rear box (the original rusted out) and the Cherry bomb was cheaper and its good steel too. My truck does run rich but I put that down to wear in the carb (truck has 112,000 miles on the clock). It doesnt seem to affect how it goes though. "MO"
