does anyone know if it is legel to redrill hubs to a different stud pattern in qld

I think its illegal in all states

It's legal providing the spigot locates the wheel still.

Probably needs a blue plate in qld though so best ask the engineer that'll do it for you what they think.

May I ask, why would you want to?

If it's wheel selection you can buy 14" & 15" rims in 4 on 140 pcd.

If you want bigger and better brakes, std front camber adjustment, rear handbrake and a huuuuge choice of rims, slap on a 5 stud conversion.
