L Series Brake master cyl fits in MY ??

I know:

1.0 others have improved their MY brakes by jamming in an L series booster
2.0 others have said an L master won't fit MY because of the number of outlets , 4 in an L and 2 in an MY

Is it not just that the four way junction is in the master in an L and on the body in an MY?

It LOOKS to me that if one was to hook up the MY pipes to the two underside outlets on an L (one is front and one is rear) and find a way to block off the side outlets (say with the bleed nipples from the MY) that it would be all hunky dory - dunno if it is all going to be BETTER if it is safe to do so in the first place ?

your comments and suggestions, esp if you have tried this !!

Yeah i put a lib booster and lib master cylinder in my car. With mine i had to make sure the new cylinder had outlets at the bottom and i blocked off the other 2 outlets with fittings from a local hydrolics shop.

Or a Liberty Booster and M/Cylinder

Pretty Much

Bleed nipples wont work. the Bleed nipples have a convex and when they need a Flared/Concave end

thanks guys, might have to give this a try one day and get the plugs sorted before install. I got the L bits, might as well try them first. Then the rear disc set up - if I can bear reducing me GLTA to parts that is :(
