MY TURBO engine crossmember FREE

TIPS. That should read FREE TIPS on fitting a turbo EA engine into the MY body shape ONLY as far as engine crossmember is concerned. Never enough room in title bar 
sorry to pee anyone off if they thought they were gonna get a free MY turbo crossmember, but I'm gonna get your attention so you might remember what I have found despite what you might read elsewhere on this site and others re fitting turbo cross pipe under an EA81 motor in an MY.
I have seen a few discussions and even photos kindly posted by some of our members on the necessary mods to turbo an MY that involve the cutting and welding bits back to create a dished scallop to clear the factory turbo cross pipe as it climbs up towards the turbo.
In my prep to stick an EA82T in my Brumby, figuring an EA81 is rather similar as the turbo cross pipe bolts straight up, the engine mount plates are different as are the rubber mounts themselves - but close enough for me at this stage (CORRECT ME IF YOU KNOW BETTER - PLEASE)
I have scrubbed up an old block, sump, heads, engine mounts and crossmember ( so no dirt, blech! ) screwed it all together with an old EA82T turbo cross over pipe to find the standard MY crossmember nearly clears it. I get just a mid size hammer and flog the daylights out of the centre heat shield in the necessary spot and now have 8 to 10 mm clearance between the turbo cross over pipe and the standard MY engine crossmember.
In my initial prep I also cut cardboard templates of my L series turbo crossmember and marked the MY crossmember ready to cut a great slice out of it and weld it up with a frontal dish _ all the time hoping it not be up for engineering certificate scrutiny.
I am sure the EA82 structure is similar, but to make sure I am gonna just ready up the same thing in EA82 (which involves going deeper into the shed!!)
No scrubbing up this time.
Also NOTE: I slotted the engine mount holes in Xmember another 8 mm or so to suit EA82 mounting possy.
