cargo barrier pics and fitting instructions help

Hi all,

I just brought a cargo barrier. It has no fitting instructions, Any pic's and advice for fitting would be very helpful.

Chris not sure what you have brought however I am annal about this stuff.

The advice I have is that if it’s a Milford barrier (or the like) then you should to have Milfords install as this is something you want to work correctly (hence why have not done anything with mine yet). They are a big job to install it correctly.

This being said (again not sure what you have brought) you should be able to see where and how the barrier itself fists then all you have to do is nut out where all those little brackes and crap that are with it go.

I think i still have the set of Milford instructions from when I fitted my cargo barrier.

I will try to find them & put them up here.

They are fairly difficult to install 3ish hours or so. Make sure you have a complete fitting kit. Under ADR rules the cargo barrier is not legal unless it is rust free & installed as per manufacturers instructions & using there fitting kit.

Installation of cargo barrier Forester 2004

Hi,

Looks like this thread died out quite a few years ago, but messaging in the hope that someone who has cargo barrier (Milford) instructions night see it, and respond. I am buying a used barrier for Sube Forester 2004 and think I will need some instructions, based on what I have read here. Please help.
