41kW peak power.
Sorry no A/F or RPM trace.
How does this compare to other people's results ?

Wow thats low, i think they were 66kw from factory. How many Ks on it?
Have you got any mods?
I have to admit, mine is feeling very sluggish at 285,000km

Thats sounds about right....theres a 20-30Kw loss from flywheel reading to atw reading. And dynos aren`t that acurate...they don`t have to be to be used as what they are designed for, a tuning tool.
Why did you dyno it ? was there another issue ?

That was FWHP. Local club was having a dyno day, so just did it out of curiosity.
Why is there so much drivetrain loss ? Is it to do with the transfer case being in the mix ? 30% seems high for drivetrain losses compared to other cars.
I've been looking at the "simple" power adding stuff - coil, exhaust etc. How do you diagnose what's hurting you most ? Apart from throwing something on and seeing if there's a difference ? i.e. what are the signs that your coil is substandard ? Exhaust too restrictive, etc. ?

OK thats calculated FWHP...so yeah thats low !
Driveline losses on a Subaru AWD set-up I know to be ~20-30Kw....its not a percentage but a constant, if yours was Front wheel drive it maybe should have been less. It does depend on driveline, wheels and tyres, pressures , selected gear, dyno set-up etc
How many K`s has it done ? how does it drive ? 4wd thru sand ok ?

Oops. Was used to rear-wheel hp as "rwhp", so converted that to front-wheel hp as "fwhp" - the 41kw was at the wheels.
Haven't tried 4wd through sand.
400k on the chassis (and probably gearbox), 200 k on the engine.
Drives OK, handles like a pig (should be fixing that with strut tops). Can still light up a front wheel if I put the boot in when taking off
