2011 Liberty Wagon Stereo/Nav replacement advise

Hello All,
New to the board so apologies if this question has already been asked/answered. I have just purchased a 2011 Liberty Wagon and want to replace the standard Stereo/Nav unit with an Apple Car Play system (i.e. Pioneer, Kenwood, etc). Looking for any recommendations on models, how to's and mounting kits. Any advice gratefully received.
