i have a lifted l-wagon with 27" nankangs on atm and was wondering what you guys are doing about flares? where do you run them from > to around the guard?

pics would be an awsome help to see what they look like

i ran mine from the bit where the body juts out down to the the first 1/4 of the mudflap. id take a pic for u but my camera is screwed

yeah ive got some from clarkes rubber good stuff and cheap enough, was just wonder where u guys start and stop them

In line with the black bump strips on the side of the car on the front and down to the bush ranger mudflaps I put on

yes, get them on as soon as you can. I was just pulled over by the cops last week, luckily they where in a good mood and let me go after I promised I'll get some flares the next day. so I went to clark's rubber but they only had the 60 mm ones and they too wide so I ordered the 40 mm. still waiting for them hopping not to bump into the cops again...

any of you guys got pics of flares on your l-series?

does anyone know if you can get the rubber flares in about a 100mm size???

ive been looking around and 65mm is the widest ive come across

Seriously though, try the purple pig or brierley hose and handling in Derwent Park Road.

tried them purple pig only had the 50mm stuff and brielys gave me a funny look (but i found some 50mm stuff there too)

Bah, buy some rubber and a tube of sikkaflex then.
