is there a universal fuel filter to fit an ea82t instead of having to buy the expencive one to suit a subaru?

im thinking nissan skyline efi or similar?

took the fuel filter of my ea82t the other day and the fuel that came out is black as and there sounds like rocks are rattleing around in there :P

theres a standard straight inline efi filter that is a hell of a lot cheaper than the specific suby ones

hopefully one of the parts people here can tell you the part number

if not just go into your local parts store and ask for a standard efi filter

Get a VF08 fuel filter from Supercheap. It will cost you about 12 bucks. It is simply a commodore filter and is perfect for EFI subie motors.

The VF08 are almost big enough to be a surge tank too, cheap and work a treat.
