L series Radius Rods.. MY upgrade??

Post by SuBaRiNo » Sun Oct 15, 2006 3:02 pm

Did a quick compare of the MY and the L series radius rods earlier with AndrewT. Length and everything looks the same... although the L series rods are atleast 1mm thicker along the entire length of the rod.

I was lent to belive that L radius rods were meant to be longer?? It appeared like this was not the case. It looks as though bolting L series radius rods to an MY could indeed be a upgrade due to it being thicker/stronger.

Anyone had much to do with this?

Isn't it the L control arms that are longer, giving you a wider wheel track and (theoretically) more stability?
