Is the Fuel injection Touring wagon L series a bigger fuel tank in capacity than a standard L series Carb Wagon?

I also find mine changes fuel gauge readings quickly compared to my old tank - dunno if this is just a sender thing or the tank's design as I've heard the MPFI fuel tanks have extra baffles built into it.
