if you don't have the Gregorys manual it is here, you need the suspension sections

showthread.php?t=16439

you need to remove the torsion bar and change it a spline this will drop the rear around 4-6 inches

ask D3V1L he did it and had to use the FBH technique to get the torsion bars out

You will hit a snag called bump rubber clearance. Factory the clearance is only 20 mm gap between member and bump tip. Drop the bum 20mm or just a smidge over 3/4" and you're on them

Lowest some states will allow you to lower it is one third of original height which will mean you can reduce that bump stop gap to 2/3 of 20 mm. Fed transport dept also issue bump stop dimensions in case you try trick someone. That ute looks cool - yours and the lowered one in TOONGAs link

old school off raoders also see chrome as mud hoses off easily especially if sprayed engine bay with WD40 before mud bath.

I am an old school subaru nut offroad and onroad and I for 1 love the chrome on the old subarus!
I think those wheels are great considering your other options for 4 stud wheels!

As for lowering the rear you can respline the torsion bar and cut down(not legal) or get a smaller bump stop(more legal), this should allow you to lower up to 50mm without to many problems, You may have a lot of negative camber though.

Have you wound down the rear height adjuster as fas as it goes? Photo looks like it sits up a little in the back even for standard?
