Lib control-arms into L series?

As most people know, the L series control arms and radius rods are absolutely piss-weak compaired to the Lib setup. I like the Lib setup especially how the radius rods don't really exist, the control arms forfill this purpose themselves.

Has anybody tried bolting the Lib stuff in? I imagine some brackets of sorts would need to be made approximately where the existing radius rod ones are on the underside of the car....

Wow, if you've constructed some Lib ones from scratch then I'm sure something could be whipped up for an L series. Either another completely custom jobby or by modifying an existing set of Lib control arms. I'm definitely up for a gander this weekend!

PS....no it was not me who completely destroyed a radius rod....that was a certain red wagon which may have an RX engine in it .... To date I havn't really suffered any offroad damage at all except damaging a couple of tyres and loosing my rear bumper numerous times :D

Note - that radius rod was straightened out almost perfectly on the spot in the middle of nowhere and correct me if I'm wrong, but is currently still being used in the car ?
