Hey there folks

After inspecting my brakes I believe I will soon be needing to replace discs and pads in my '92 lib.

I was wondering what you would suggest? I regularly tow, and also go four wheeling so they need to be decent, but not over the top.

Genuine or OEM? Brands?

I did a search on here, but not much of relevance - steptoe suggested a brakes section, I agree!

Any suggestions much appreciated!

Hi Owen,

Have you considered upgrading your brakes in the process of replacing the rotors? Eg RS or WRX.

I too will be following your footsteps shortly lifting my sedan and putting the larger wheels back on. The RS Liberty club has a good thread on WRX parts that fit the libs.

Just thought it would be worth the thought before you made a purchase.
