EA81 Turbo rebuild

Does anyone know if I can get a kit to rebuild a turbo off of an ea81. I have finally begun pulling the engine apart and the turbo is not spinning very freely. The turbine, impeller and housing all seem like they are in serviceable condition. Can the unit be overhauled? If not what can I replace it with?
