ECU upgrade

Hey Guys...
Just bought my 08 Liberty around June (a boring 2.5i model) and ive come across a web yesterday in relate to STi performance parts

Browsing through it i am just wondering whether the ECU upgrade in the Liberty section is compatible with my 2.5i? or is it just for higher end libertys? Such as GTs?
In addition, how much more power output am i looking at? such as kw and torque?
