Hey guys,

I have Battlewagon's old bus sitting in my garage ready to donate its power steering bits onto my wagon.

Obviously I'll need the box, the pump, brakes and lines but what else do I need to swap over? Tie rods? Steering column?

Tie rods for power steer rack are interchangeable with the standard rack but simplest to just change over the whole rack. The two racks have different length stubs on them, the power steer rack being much taller so you need the steering extension (uni joints) as well. If you have a lift kit then you'll need to get the part extended to suit (should already be in the kit).
you need:
rack (complete with tie rod ends)
mounts for rack (different shapes to manual rack)
mount for pump
pump (with reservoir on top)
hydraulic lines
steering extention
some patience to make sure you don't bugger up tightening the hydraulic lines onto the rack even slightly crooked or it'll leak, otherwise it's a faily simple job.
