this is true if you do it right you shouldnt have a problem. Can any answer the original subject but WILL A EJ25 FIT OR ARE THEY TOO WIDE.

Yes they're too wide.

Any engineer's report worth a pinch of shit (ie get you out of a defect when you get pulled up for doing 200 in a 40 zone) if a lot more than a 10 minute inspection when you remember than you need to change the engine number before you get your next pink slip.

Most engineers will specify consultation before, during and after the conversion before they sign off on anything. AND if you've got a lift kit you'll be pushing it.
