(corrected for truth) ;)

A 20g should be able to handle quite a bit. But we all know, if you insert more air, you have to balance the other side of the equation and put more fuel in (and control timing etc).

I really wouldnt reccomend just upping the boost with out proper management. Dont rely on boost cut/fuel. Damage could have already been done well in advance! Get you hands on a knock amp if you serious. Consider the life of the motor - are you getting much blow by? If you are change oil and maybe turn the boost down?

Link is poo IMO. All they do is insert more fuel - poor timing control. Autronics are awesome! But id go PowerFC on a converted L. Cheap, easy to tune with, easy to move on when finished with.

Lastly - I dont tune my cars. I dont mess with any boost levels etc. I get a workshop (ASG) to sort it for me. Piece of mind - costs up front, but avoids engine builds.

I don't know anything about powerfc but I was very impressed with the functions and tuning on the new versions of the unichip. I take a serious look at them if your after a management device.
There is only one thing you must do in your life. Everything else is a choice.

The PowerFC to suit early RS loom is unfortunately no longer manufactured, however you can still get them when they are sold secondhand etc. They seem to range from $800 to about $1200 (800 being absolutely insanely cheap).
They used to cost about $1250 new I think.
