ej20t into subaru liberty 1990-1991 model help

hey ive got a 90-91 model liberty its auto and i wanted to do a ej20t conversions just wondering the cheapest option i want it manual too, is it cheaper to just cheap it fwd or do the awd conversion when i do engine and gearbo and roughly wat the costs are i thought about 4 gz costhe front cuts only like 2500 and then 1500 for someone to put in please help me i dont kno too much thanks.
