Power Steering Conversion for L Series

Post by Fang » Tue Oct 24, 2006 6:05 am

This is sort of similar to Chris Roger's question - but I didn't want to hijack his thread.

I am converting my manual steering to power steering. My question is - do I need to get a power steering steering column as well? Keeping in mind, I already have a lift extension for the manual column. I would rather retain this - than fork out for a new power steering steering extension.

Is there anything else to keep in mind when changing to power steering? I have the pump, lines, and rack.

Thanks!

remind me and I'll drop my rack over for you to look at. (I still need it for the time being.)
