Steering extension???

In a MY with power steering, if I was to drop the engine cross member 25mm, is there anything required to do in relation to the steering shaft / unijoint. I know in the 50mm lift kits there is a steering extension.

For so reason a double jointed liberty unit will bolt on perfectly.
