ej20T in l series..?
hey guys.. I'm really keen on getting wry half cut and putting everything in my 91 l series.. aswell as the wrx gear box for awd and it won't break as easy as the duel range 82 box.. also thinking the dash and seats to make it a little easer to do, any advise on what is involved and where to get a half cut from, I'm in QLD, sunshine coast. has any one already done it and can tell me what its like, would love to know..
thanks guys

Haha, see if I had kept my L Series I wouldn't be wanting a road bike. I would of done this and it probably would of been more dangerous for anyone under the age of 20 then a bike wouldEl_Freddo wrote:As for the WRX drivetrain conversion. Done and dusted. You'll wet your pants! Go with the ***** brake conversion kit too - it's a must unless your name is Alex or you're crazy.

The Crossbreed brake kit is no longer in production until further notice. My brother in law (SubaRooster was his former forum name) tried to order one recently and they guy he was talking to said that the last one had been sold. I think they will only be doing batch runs when there are enough numbers to make it worthwhile.

$28k?! WHAT?? That's insane. I hope that included a new interior, rims, wicked paint job and a good looking car all round. $28k on a VN seems a waste to me! Sorry.Mitchhsj wrote:should be able to do it my self pretty good with that stuff, just put a 700hp r33 skyline inside of an old vn commo, dash wiring motor box the lot for my little bro, $28k latter, pretty good sleeper...
