replace stock liberty steering wheel with b4 momo steering wheel

i have sourced myself a momo steering wheel from a b4 liberty,
as far as im concerned thats all well and good.
my questions are:
is there a strict process in the changeover?
how do i avoid deploying the bag? (is it as simple as removing the fuse?)
do i need to buy any other things along with it? (tools or parts)
