Hi and Welcome Luke1988,

I recommend a APS Cold Air Intake, APS Dump Pipes with a modified (to join APS Dump Pipes) X-Force S/S Exhaust System and a must after they are all fiitted is a ECUTEK Tune.

I have this setup on a B4 and it runs awesomely :) and still looks stock

Thanx for your feedback. Is there anything you would recommend in the way off a TMIC?

No probs :) I'd only change the intercooler if your looking to boost the engine above 20psi.

i knew somone who managed to blow the engine up in their b4 and put the EJ20 or 25 twin turbo.
theres not a lot i could reconmend having not played around with them, but mayeb its best to ask what you plan to do with the car??
simplest thing is to just wind the boost up, new computer (motec), WTA intercooler and new exhaust
