REAR bar for foresters

i am wondering if any has, or knows where i can buy or suggest how i can make a rear bar for my 99 GT???

i thought i saw it on a subaru website somewhere like offroadsubarus or something,

wanna get the spare out of the boot, will end up puttin it on the roof for now,

any ideas??
