Turbo for a Subaru Impreza RV '07?

Hi there.
First time post here.

I own a Subaru Impreza RV '07 and was thinking about getting a turbo for it.

Any suggestions on where to start? Whats good? Whats not? Who I should get to do it? I'm on the Gold Coast but visit Brisbane frequently.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
