are there any parts that can be put within the 81 ie pistons.
what i have is a ea82t in pieces and a my wagon that i can toy with (just for fun). i'm thinking of modding the turbo header pipe to fit, standard turbo with some sort of weber conecting it to the motor at the other end.
where do people tap into for oil/water lines when they convert a na to forced (for the turbo)?
ea82 into 81 useable parts

I have had a std EA82 mpfi head that was adapted to turbo by drilling and tapping by a head shop. It had the oil feed pipe with a retainer bolt from the oil feed line of the head. Have done other conversion kits on Diesels where they all used oil feed for the turbo off oil presure switch points with a T piece and braided line. We also had to spike the sump with a tool for the job for the return line. You might be able to mod your own rocker cover for oil return.
oil lines and water lines are my main concerns, oil return should be easy. its the supply of oil i'm confussed about where it should come from.
same with the water lines no idea yet off the top of my head. my only thought was removing the thermostat and using the ones currently there for the heater???
